Psychosomatic Dream Exploration
Our bodies hold both trauma and a wealth of resources. They have information and if we listen can reveal secrets. Our dreams help us process daily information and experiences. Exploring our dreams allow us to connect deeply to our longings, understand our fears, find medicine for old traumas and get a sense of where our life force wants to take us next.
Somatic Dream exploration supports our own connection with your dreams. It does not offer a dictionary definition of a dream symbol. Instead it offers an experience that allows you to discover a personal meaning for the symbols found in the dreams.
