Kirsten is a registered clinical counsellor (RCC), and works with empaths or people who feel things deeply. She supports people of all genders with a number of issues, but specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety. She also offers psychedelic integration.

She is passionate about supporting people to live their authentic truths beyond the fears that they are too much, too different or not enough. Her approach is body-centered, mindful and trauma-informed. She works collaboratively, drawing upon your own wisdom along with her training in clinical psychology, somatic-attachment therapy and narrative therapy.

Fernanda Selayzin Souza
Fernanda is my go to couple’s therapist! She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Education (MEd) from the University of British Columbia (UBC), and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (MCP) from the Adler University.  Originally  trained as a Psychologist in Brazil (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais). Fernanda has  a very warm and genuine style as well as 21 years of experience counselling clients from a variety of cultural, religious, and social backgrounds. She has successfully helped many get to where they wanted to be, and often while moving through challenging life transitions, devastating losses, emotional pain, difficult relationships, grief, impairing distress, and other kinds of overwhelming experiences.
Her approach to counselling is based on many years of training in attachment-focused and trauma-informed perspectives, as well as family systems. It is also based on my understanding that biopsychosocial and spiritual factors impact human well-being and functioning.

Terri is a graduate of  the West Coast College of Massage Therapy where she completed 3000 hours of training to receive her registered massage therapy status. Terri has been practicing since 2005, and over the years she has taken a multitude of post graduate courses to deepen her understanding of massage therapy and the human body. Terri believes that learning creates space for inspiration. She is particularly passionate about myofascial release , visceral manipulation , and cranial sacral therapy and has successfully used these techniques in her practice for the past several years. Her training and dedication has allowed her to witness huge shifts in clients who live with chronic pain, as well as issues relating to posture, range of motion, and mobility.  You can expect her treatments to be healing, relaxing and informative. Her deep understanding of anatomy and willingness to impart this knowledge will leave you feeling both empowered and connected to your body. When she is not in the office you can catch her passionately pursuing her yoga practice, baking cookies, and shopping for shoes!
Erica is a Registered Massage Therapist who helps people release tension related to pain and trauma so they can feel a greater sense of safety, resilience and freedom. In her sessions, you do not re-experience past trauma or injury in a cathartic way. Instead, she guides you to revisit past “survival” reactions, such as fight, flight, freeze and collapse, without becoming overwhelmed.
Her approach allows you to experience that “the danger has passed,” as trauma expert Bessel van der Kolk puts it. You are now safe to live in present reality. This is what she calls “befriending your body.”
